Offended

Series Description

Through a closer examination of Jesus’s conversations, we will discover how Jesus risks offending us to save us from insecurity, conflict, and a shrinking world of self-obsession. Jesus helps us recognize that our deepest challenges are within and our only hope of overcoming them is through the vulnerability of offense and a message the world calls a scandal. The real secret to overcoming conflict is learning to not be so easily offended. As Jesus put it, “Blessed are those who are not offended by me.”
